Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

tda4 vm board is ued, version 7.3 SDK. The default code rate set in the encode code is all 30 frames, now the customer would like to reduce the code rate, how to configure it? encodeObj->encode_params.framerate = 25;
