Could you confirm which SDK version (8.1?) you are using? I would check if the latest code update has been released to the SDK.

Also are you using a standard DRA821 EVM without any modifications for IORET or MCU IORET? 

Option 1 just allows the test program to initiate the IORET sequence, where a set of PMIC commands are sent to setup the PMIC for wakeup, then a final command is sent to shut down non-needed rails. 

In your test, it seems PMIC did not shut down these rails as expected. There were some updated code we added to isolate WAKEUP I2C pins from loosing control, we need to check if these updates are there.

We following above doc to test J7200 EVM SDK V8.1 without any modification.

After we Flashing boot binaries to OSPI,  after reboot  uart log output as following

We test IO retention mode with SDK 8.2, but it seems like didn't work after loading image.

If the intention is to validate IO Retention by flashing the OSPI, this can be done by several methods other than uniflash.

Can you put the IO-retention image onto SD card for testing?

This won't let the uniflash blocking this testing.
