bus error when using ramdisk on dm6467?

hi, we add loadmodules.sh,cmemk.ko,and dsplikk.ko to ramdisk. When we run ./loadmudules.sh, we got "bus error".

So, I try "insmod cmemk.ko",also got "bus error". Can somebody tell me what is problem for this?
