Hi Fredy,

The TDA4VM TRM, Section 6.3.1.1 R5FSS Features, shows memory protection unit is supported.

Section 6.4.2 C66SS Features and Section 6.5.1.1 C71SS Features, list features available on the C6 and C7x.
