We had a custom board using OMAP L138 secure version. We had the problem of Boot failure due to ECC Data Error and want to apply the software patch specified in OMAP-L138 C6000 DSP+ARM Processor (Revs 2.3, 2.1, 2.0, 1.1, & 1.0) Errata (Rev. M) (ti.com). However, we have not been succeeded. Can anybody be successfully applied software patch for this problem in secure OMAP L138.
