Part Number: AM5708
I am planning to use AM5708(Supports up to DDR-1333 (667 MHz)) in my project. DDR memory(AS4C256M16D3LC-12BIN) is having a maximum frequency of 800Mhz. So is it okay if I interface the microcontroller with DDR memroy? If not could you please suggest an alternative part number?
