I have setup the DVSDK for my BeagleBoard and when it boots it goes to the matrix application launcher. I've noticed that things like USB aren't working yet which isnt a big deal, but I'm just wondering what I need to do just open up a terminal. I see that the software developers guide uses a serial and ethernet connection, but I don't have serial connection available...
