HDMI Input and HDMI Ouput Processor or DSP

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TFP401, TFP401A, TDA2EVM5777, TDA2HG, TFP410

Hi,

I am new to TI processors family, i have an application of DMD for which i am using 5530, below is the thread where some discussion has happened

DLP5530S-Q1: How to achieve 1:1 aspect ratio - DLP products forum - DLP®︎ products - TI E2E support forums

My Requirement is to take HDMI input and do a Diamond preprocessing on a DSP and throw the processed output on HDMI output port

are there any TI processors which can taken HDMI input on one port and HDMI output on other port or 2 HDMI ports ?

because my input and output are continous, also here i may not use same port for both input and output

are there any design example which have done this ?

After further study i am adding a edit

I understood even the DLP Kits use a de serializer for HDMI to parallel conversion

so i can use a TFP401A to convert the incoming HDMI to processor input and do the processing and further throw the output data to TFP401

to do above i may need two video ports of 24bit, kindly suggest a processor which can do processing operations and throw the data over HDMI

do i need any Linux to use these processors ? i assume bare metal is much effiecinet kindly let me know which TDA family of processor is much better for DLP diamond preprocessing applications.
