There is no limitation on size of eMMC supported, it would be limited by the Operating system and type of file system being used.32GB eMMC part is supported.

Does the AM5748 eMMC support 64GB and 128GB as well?

It says "it would be limited by the Operating system and type of file system being used".
Is there a software limit on the maximum capacity of eMMC when using Linux provided by TI?

Hi Koki,

The eMMC on AM57xx devices is fully compatible (MMC2 interface) with the JEDEC v4.5 spec standard, so any eMMC device that satisfies this spec will be supported.

The person I am gonna check with in on vacation last week and this week, so I cannot give a concrete answer yet, but I would think that there shouldn't be any issues with either a 64 GB or 128 GB eMMC memory.
