TDA4VM: TDA4VM support for UFS boot mode

Hi There,

I would like to know if it is possible to use a UFS device as the primary boot device on TDA4VM.

Based on the reference manual, it appears that e.MMC is an option for normal boot mode (not MCU-only). Is this also possible for UFS?

Hi,

UFS boot is not supported for TDA4VM. All supported boot modes are listed in the reference manual.

Yes - if we continue with UFS as the primary mass storage device, then we'll have to use OSPI0 as the main boot device.
