AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP 04.02.00.07 and OMAP35x ES2.1

I don't know the answer to your question but where did you get this PSP release?  I cannot find it.  TI's website is such a disaster.

As far as PSP04.02.00.07 release support for ES2.1 is concerned, we have only done only minimal basic testing on this and expected to boot. The release is majorly supports AM37x (ES1.2) and AM3517 (ES1.2). Please refer to the release co-laterals for more detailed information -
