Hi!

I have a customer that are using an AM5718 in their design, and for what I can see, there looks like the design is prepared to accept an AM5728 processor. The trouble is that the schematics references an old E2E thread that I cannot access.

What are the necessary changes to the design for compatibility between the two processors?

Changing from AM5718 to an AM5728.

Are there any design / white papers that can help with converting the design?

    The parts were designed to minimize changes - but I don't see any documents that documents changes needed if converting design.  For the pins that are different, please let me know if any questions on how to handle and I can help answer.
