is there a way to make OMAP-L138 support 256M ddr by 2 64Mx16 DDR2 chip? how to connect the address lines?

Can you give a specific Micron part number you want to interface with? It may require more address pins than are available on our device.

Yes this is possible. See this post:

The device you listed has 14 address pins so it is compatible.

posted URL is for 8bit configuration, I mean 16 bit configuration, so how would be the hardware connection be ?

Sorry, a 2x16-bit configuration is not supported on this device. Either a single 16-bit device or 2x8-bit devices are the only options.

This information is in the OMAP-L138 datasheet Table 5-27, footnote 2.
