OMAP3503 McSPI Pin Input Capacitance

Looking at the datasheet for the 3503 it does not seem that the input pin capacitance is defined for the McSPI interface (though there is mention of some max load capacitance values of 20-30pF), I was wondering if there is a typical value, if not an actual spec, that would define the input capacitance for the input pins on the McSPI?

I was thinking a rule of thumb of 6-7pF for the pin itself plus any trace/PCB load capacitance would be what I would expect, but I wanted to make sure this makes sense for the i/o on the 35xx.

  • The input capacitance changes slightly depending on which balls you are using for McSPI port

    McSPI1 (mode 0) and McSPI2 (mode 0) and McSPI3 (mode 3) have 0.8pF input capacitance

    McSPI3 (mode 1) and McSPI4 (mode 1) have 1.8pF input capacitance
