In davinci,have any root filesys(like jffs2 cramfs and so on) on ATA?

hi,now I wanna a root filesys on SATA,but I found all root fs(jffs2,cramfs and so on) based on MTD device,and cp.b on flash(nor or nand flash).ATA isn't MTD device.Have any root fs on ATA?

now i have dm6467t board and 2.6.32 uImage,and don't find any root fs on ATA.
