using ceutils to create RTSC packages

Hi,

I used ceutils_1_06 to create a RTSC packages following the examples contained in 'ceutils_1_06' directory, and it works.

when i looked back to find how and why it worked, i got confused, it needed a library(a64p) as input in step 2, also described in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/RTSC_Codec_Package_Wizard_FAQ

my qustion is that, what if i just have source code? what previous steps to do?
