End of software support for Am17xx?

I noticed that new version of DaVinci_PSP_03.21 Release:
does not support  OMAP-L137/AM17xx platforms anymore.  
Only these platforms are supported in newest PSP release: DA850/OMAP-L138/AM18x and DM36x.  
It looks like we stuck with old software and we will not be able to get new updates/Linux kernel/BSP/bug fixes, before we even started software design!
I am very disappointed by this decision from TI.
1. What is the reason that OMAP-L137/AM17xx support was removed from the latest version of the PSP?
2. Can you confirm that future versions of the PSP will support AM17xx, or this is end of TI software support?
Our company was actually informed by TI that AM17xx is very popular device, so this step looks totally illogical to me.
I am looking forward for your answer.
