TDA4VM: [TDA4] CCS Load launch.js fail

Dear Experts

Follow this page, I try to load application binaries thru CCS, boot configuration is "no boot mode"

our TDA4 chip is " XJ721E5BALF (HS-FS)"

After execute launch.js, it appears some error. May anyone give some debug comment?

Hi Gibbs,

The instructions you are using are applicable for GP devices in general. The JTAG ports are locked on HS devices typically, and it requires a debug certificate to unlock the JTAG, before you can use JTAG.

Please see the Secure Debug User Guide section of the TI-SCI documentation, the DMSC M3 JTAG port is locked on HS-FS devices. The debug certificate details are also explained in this section.

The first thing you need to do on a HS-FS device is to run the KeyWriter application to blow your keys to convert the HS-FS device to a HS-SE device.

TI provides a Keywriter application within the RTOS PDK.
