    Hi,

    The OSPI driver is delivered as part of the QNX BSP, QNX/Blackberry should be contacted for support on usage of the driver.

    Please be aware that the QNX BSP available on QNX Software Center comes with a User Guide, that can be referenced for use of the devf-j7-ospi driver.  Similar information can be seen by typing "use devf-j7-ospi" on the target command line.

    Once the OSPI device is mounted, the QNX documentation on filesystems can be reviewed:

    - Working with Filesystems (qnx.com)
