Mcu2-0, mcu3-0 and other r5f core C71 can read the value and timer of the same GTC counter register

The value of the counter register.

Why only C66_ 1 c66_ 2 can't read?, The value read by C66 is 0.

    Probably, you would need to map this address using RAT. Can you please refer to the implementation in the vision apps, ie the file ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-08_01_00_13\vision_apps\utils\console_io\src\app_global_timer_priv.h?
