I'm looking for a sdk for the 1990s processor TMS320C30. Is such a thing - compiler, linker etc - available from TI? It seems non-existent on the open forums.

Hello Anders,
Please note that these parts are very old. TI will not be able to offer any support on information in the hardware or software documentation.
The only place I could find the actual software was here:
https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSDSK33 (keep in mind I have not tested to make sure this software actually applies to TMS320C3x)
Software documentation
Looks like some of these documents were not converted to PDFs online. Here are the ones I found:
https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spru083/spru083.pdf
https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spru034h/spru034h.pdf
https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spru035d/spru035d.pdf
hardware documentation

There is a possibility that one of the old versions of CCS was intended to work with this part. If you need information about that, let me know and I'll reassign to the CCS team. Just like me, they would not be able to offer any support beyond simply saying if a certain version of CCS supports the part number.
