The TDA4MidPlus EVM plans to support:
OSPI: Cypress S28HS512TGABHM010 (512Gb)
This Cypress memory 1Gb option is not recommended for some use case because of lower yield on production and also there is not a 2Gb option available.
Could you please reconsider other option for this one that could go from 512Mb up to 2Gb on same package?
My suggestion would be to use the part from previous TDA4Mid EVM:
MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AUT (512Mb)
MT35XU01GBBA1G12-0AUT (1Gb)
MT35XU02GCBA1G12-0AUT (2Gb)
