TMS320VC5501: AA Tech Chip Issue

We do not have any socket suggestions for this. The package mechanical  information is provided in the datasheet and the ti product folder. The socket can be selected based on this package type. Can you share details on the issues observed on these devices?

Good afternoon,

 Since we are a manufacturing company we purchase and use these chips in our boards when required. Previously we have not had any issues with these chips but it seems the most recent batches we have received have about a 25% failure rate. Since we are only a manufacturing company we are not entirely sure what is exactly wrong with the chips. If possible, we would be willing to send some of the failed chips we extracted from the assemblies for you to inspect/review. If that is an option please let me know where we need to send them so we can hopefully get this issue resolved.
