Hello,

Any idea on how we can support IEE1588 for gigabit ethernet available in TMS320C6A8168.

Can anyone suggest PHY having MII/GMII interface and also supports IEEE1588?

The C6A8168 does not support IEEE-1588 functionality.

If you can use the DM8148, it has a GigE port that supoorts IEEE-1588

DP83640T has MII and supports IEEE1588. But it does not support gigabit. I could not find gigabit PHY supporting GMII/MII and IEEE1588.

I find there is limitation when using TMS320C6A8168, it does not support RGMII, SGMII. There are gigabit PHYs available supporting IEE1588 but they have RGMII/SGMII interface.

We are trying to use DM8148, as I know DM8148 support RGMII.

Could you advise which gigabit PHYs available supporting IEE1588 and have RGMII/SGMII interface?
