Lowest power TI Microcontroller or DSP with HS (480 Mbps) USB

What is the lowest power device in the TI Arsenal that offers HS (480 mbps) USB support? It can be a micro, ARM or a dsp.

The TMS320C5515/14/05/04 family is the lowest-power DSP to include HS USB support. The DSP core operates at ~0.15mW / MHz in active mode below 75MHz.

I cannot speak for the other microcontrollers. Please post on the respective forums.

After a quick search I found MSP430+USB (full-speed) and the MCU Selection Tool (select USB bottom-right).
