Our customer would like to view the .out file created in CCS. According to our customer,
When you build a project in CCS, it creates a .out file. I would like to see the contents of a .out file for use in the GUI composer.

I downloaded and installed the Code Generation Tools XML Processing Utilities from the link posted below. I read through the overview.ppt. I believe to view the file I need to use the ofd6x -x command in the cmd window.
In the cmd window I go to the file with the .out file in question then type in ‘ofd6x -x proj_lab12b.out > app.xml’. I get the following error:
'ofd6x' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
I also tried it after installing perl (mentioned in the getting_started.txt file)
Any ideas how I open the view the .out file now that I installed the Code Generation Tools XML Processing Utilities?
