ELF format mpeg1 encoder/decoder for Netra TI8168 IVAHD

Do we have ETA for mpeg1 encoder/decoder for Netra 8168 Soc. capable of using IVAHD. 

If not, is there a ELF format mpeg1 encoder/decoder that will run on the c674 DSP? I would appreciate any links on performance, memory usage etc.

    MPEG2 is fully backward compatible to MPEG1. Hence MPEG2 decoder can decode all the MPEG1 streams.

    MPEG2 Decoder is available Netra 8168 from TI. MPEG2 Encoder on Netra 8168 be available from 3P. But no MPEG1 Encoder.

    MPEG2 Encoder and Decoder is available on DM6446 which has C64x+ and not on C674 DSP.
