What is the maximum amount of SDRAM that the new TMS320VC5505 can address? We are wanting to use a 128MBit (8Mx16) mobile SDRAM, but the current data sheet only specifies the memory map in terms of asynchronous memory (max 64Mbit). Moreover, the Spectrum Digital EVM 1.8V memory daughter card includes a 64MBit mobile SDRAM part, but has an extra address line drawn in but not connected to their SDRAM device (page 2/5 on their 1.8V daughter card schematic). Is this hinting that 128MBit SDRAM is possible?
