The latest datasheet on ti.com is currently from Feb 2022 and only covers silicon rev 1.0. But the errata from April 2022 already mentions SR2.0. There is a minor change for pins VDDS_MMC0 and ADC0_REFP. When will tis be reflected in the datasheet as well?
