Greetings.

How to update Linux SDK to next version providing that:

1. you have remote access to another system connected to board's terminal COM-port and HDMI display, so acces to U-BOOT is possible

2. you have remote access using remote SSH session to the board

3. you have only one bootable option (no switch avalable from SD-card to Flash or SSD)

4. linux access library for file copy process cannot be overwritten when Linux is loaded

5. physical board located remotely and automation cable is not present for hot restart/boot switching.

Hi Alexey,

As of now, we do not support an option for updating the Linux SDK software for SK-TDA4VM remotely. We will have an internal discussion on this topic.

To help with the discussion, what is the use case for this situation?

Hi Takuma,

As I asked previously, solving solution could be to change booting processes in U-boot from SD-card to SSD, so that can resolve this. But version of U-boat in SDK does not support NVME media.
