TDA4VM: Why the qos setup not enabled on HS TDA4vm chip?

Hi,

I have a question about the code at SDK7.3 uboot j721e_init.c, link is as below, why the qos setup code from line 537 to line 546 is disabled by the defination of CONFIG_TI_SECURE_DEVICE? According to the kernel defconfig, the qos setup will not be enabled on HS TDA4vm chip

Dear customer,

According to the SYSFW-ARCH.rst QOS description , the Marco CONFIG_RM should be enabled in j721e_dmsc.config file. could you please check and feedback to us. Thanks.

Hi Linjun,

Thanks for reply, CONFIG_RM Marco has been enabled in our j721e_dmsc.config file, as you said, qos has been configured in TIFS on TDA4VM HS chip, so the Macro CONFIG_TI_SECURE_DEVICE is needed for TDA4VM gp chip.
