VC5505 ROM

I see the part contains 128KB of ROM of which some (small ?) portion is the bootloader. How can I access the ROM for loading fixed parameters/coefficients, etc ? is it Flash ?

    The ROM on all our C5000 DSPs are programmed by manufacturing process.  There is no way to load any data into this ROM at run-time.  It is not flash. 

    If you as a customer wanted something to be loaded into the ROM, then you would need to have a custom ROM device manufactured.  This is an expensive process and isn't offered to all customers.  If you were interested in such an option you would need to work with the TI Sales force to see if it were possible.
