Why is this information necessary? Do you believe this is not a TI part number? I would like to better understand why this would be needed to ask for a datasheet.

It is a TI part number. Just wanted to check on the package symbolization along with the date code. Agree it is not critical information for the datasheet. I am researching this on my side. Will get back to you in a day or two.
