As below red line, Some interface has a 500ohm register requirement . Can you pls help to explain the reason ? Thanks.

During normal functionality, the external resistor is used for internal module calibration to compensate for process, voltage, and temperature variations. When unused, the pin is still recommended to be terminated via resistor to GND to avoid unwanted floating signals and reflections on the input.
