Hi:

Our customer is using this OSPI flash - Micron
TI TDA4VM EVM + wkup_uart0 + Micron OSPI flash

They have verified the uniflash on their PCB, some questions:

Q1. Does it need to replace "nor_spi_patterns.bin" due to using different OSPI flash (Cypress/Micron)?

Q2. What's the flash layout for Micron OSPI flash?

OSPI flash layout has one difference between Cypress and Micron OSPI flash.
=> The size of the partition stored "nor_spi_patterns.bin" is different.

So, what's the the flash command of uniflash dedicated for Micron?

Correct some information

We use Cypress-S28HS512TGABHM010, not Micron-MT35XU512ABA1G12-0AUT (EVM used).

The nor_spi_patterns.bin will remain same, but the address where it is flashed will be changed while porting from Micron to cypress Flash.

The flash command remains same, but we need to change the board flash library to accommodate the cypress flash. Will share a patch in sometime for this.

We can close this due to the confirmation of Cypress Flash is used on the customer PCB.
