Customer bought several DRA821U EVM Kits from ti.com.
One board has some problems as below.
1. DFU Driver Recognition Error by USB-C port.
2. CPSW-2G Port produces the error of Timeout during Firmware download.
Please let us know how to guide them as they want to get the board repaired.
