Yes, USB boot mode is only supported on USB0, this is a restriction in ROM.

If I select USB for SYSBOOT, can I boot from the USB memory? In Table 26-7 of AM335x TRM, there is USB0 in the list of SYSBOOT settings. For example, is it possible to boot from a USB memory when SYSBOOT [4: 0] = 010111b to 01101b is set?
