dm6446 vga output problem

Good day!
We have strange effect with vga 640*480 output mode on dm6446. The upper 1/3 part of the output screen is flickered or beated.
How can we remove such effect? What is the reason of such effect?

    Hi,

    Not sure what you meant. Could you please attach a picture?

    Normally, I think either there is an memory buffer overlap or something is accessing the buffer. We have to see the actual image to be sure.

    Are you able to disable other system activities? If so, please do that and directly display a buffer w/ a fixed pattern, at a different memory location, and see if the problem is still there. This will tell if something is wrong with your VPBE setup.
