The EVM board, instead of the SK board supports all QNX, Linux, and RTOS development: https://www.ti.com/tool/J721EXSOMXEVM

The "Supported products & hardware" section of each of the Processor SDK section, lists which development board to use when using that particular Processor SDK: https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E

SK-TDA4VM does not support development using QNX or RTOS SDK.
