warm start during idle task execution

Hi, I am using TMS320VC5470 processor,  micro C OS II RTOS

I am facing a problem.  during warm start if the last excecuted task before temparay power loss is happens to be other than Idle task then my restoring of context logic is working fine. If the last task happens to be Idle task before temparart power loss then My code is crashing. can any one suggest me what to do?
