SMV320C6727B-SP: Programming External NOR Flash

We plan to use an external NOR flash with SMV320C6727B-SP. After the EOL of Flashburn, how can we program the flash? Can Code Composer Studio still be used?

Please note that C6727 is too old for us to offer design support. So any assistance we can offer on the forum will be limited.

I am not sure I understand the question. It looks like Flashburn can still be downloaded: https://softwaredesignsolutions.com/flashburn/ so I would expect that you could continue using it with the associated version of Code Composer Studio to program the flash.
