TDA4VM: How to implement reading and writing PHY register through diagnosis on the main r5f(mcu2_0)?

Hi

I am using a custom tda4 board with phy on the main r5f. And  need to implement reading and writing PHY register through diagnosis.

using proxy service to read or write the PHY register values may be OK.

Can you give some guidance or share other suggestions?
