    I am not sure exactly what to say here, do you mean you are having trouble getting/ordering a kit or that your kit is not working properly? If you are having trouble with a kit you already have than perhaps you could be more specific with your issue, such as providing error messages that are coming up?

    I would also like to mention that the VC33 is a fairly old processor, and as such support for it is limited, for example the Code Composer 4.x that supports it was never really designed with operating systems newer than Windows 98/NT in mind and can have issues on modern Windows XP systems. We no longer recommend using the VC33 for new designs as there are newer C67x devices that are much more supported as well as higher performance.
