Can we just provide oscillator clock instead of XTAL (don't connect XTAL) for MCU_OSC0?
So just connect 25Mhz oscillator clock output to MCU_OSC0_XI and connect MCU_OSC0_XO to GND?

You can use a 1.8V LVCMOS clock source as shown in the MCU_OSC0 LVCMOS Digital Clock Source section of the AM64x datasheet.
Your external clock source should meet the following requirements.
Duty Cycle - 45%/55%
Maximum Rise/Fall Time - 8ns @ 10%/90%
RMS Period Jitter - 10ps, 100k samples
Peak to Peak Period Jitter - 100 ps, 100k samples
RMS Phase Jitter (random) - 2ps (when SERDES not used)
