Hello, 

In the AM65x datasheet, Table 6-47 notes that several of the MMC1 signals should have an external 50k pull-up resistor (see below):


However, in the TMDX654IDKEVM schematic, pull-up resistors are not used for those signals:

Why are these resistors omitted?

    Hello Micheal, 

    Thank you for the query.

    The pull ups are added as a provision and as a good practice  the design is tested with these pull ups not populated.  Depending on the device used, if there are any performance issues seen with the selected device, these pullups are mounted.
