The document "TMS320VC5505 DSP System User's Guide (Rev. A)" http://focus.ti.com/lit/ug/sprufp0a/sprufp0a.pdf from http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp?literatureNumber=sprufp0a does not show any content when opened.  It did a couple of days ago.
