Hello Dashan,
Thank you for the query.
The page size requirements seems to match the requirements mentioned in the TRM
MX30LF1G28AD-XKI(68-BGA package)
- Page size: (2048+128) byte for 1Gb/2Gb (4096+256) byte for 4Gb
MT29F1G08ABAEAWP:E
• Organization – Page size x8: 2112 bytes (2048 + 64 bytes)
For timing related information, please refer to the below section of the datasheet.

Hello Darshan,
Please refer to the below E2E thread regarding the nand flash support.
In case you cannot access, below is sumary
The way I understand it is that they don’t say specifically that the processor doesn’t support boot from NAND, but that they can’t verify it since the EVK doesn’t have one.
According to the datasheet and reference manual, it seems that it does support it (unless the datasheet in incorrect). section 4.3.14.
Yes, your understanding is correct. NAND support on AM64x is not validated, so TI doesn't provide technical support regarding to GPMC/NAND

Hi Kallikupa,
Based on this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/991738/processor-sdk-am64x-processors-forum
It say's - "Processor SDK Linux for AM64x doesn't support GPMC, so you cannot use NAND via GPMC on your design if you use Linux."
This is 1year old thread (so many changes would have happen so far and hence),
Do we have SDK for GPMC now? Does AM6412 support NAND on GPMC interface?
Does AM6412 support NAND on any other interface?
Thanks,
Darshan
Hello Darshan,
Thank you for the note.
I am not aware of any change to the SDK supporting Nand flash.
Our nand flash expert is on vacation. I can check with him and update. Please expect a delayed response.
Regards,
Sreenivasa
Any updates from NAND flash expert? We need to close this soon.
Thanks for your help!
