Fredy,
I believe the SDK defaults to MSI. You should be able to confirm by issuing
/usr/sbin/lspci or from kernel bootlog.
To change, there is a similar post at:
where Kishon mentioned you need to disable MSI from kernel config.
Please give it a try as I don't have a board to verify presently.
