TDA4VM: How to configure a new PHY?

Dear Experts,

I have found a phy_guide in SDK6.1:https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-rtos-jacinto7/06_01_01_12/exports/docs/pdk/packages/ti/drv/cpsw/docs/doxygen/html/cpsw_phy_guide_top.html

However I cannot find it in latest SDK like 8.2 . Do we have any new guide for latest SDK? If I want to add a new RGMII/SGMII PHY what should I configure?
