i want some information about the support for nand devices on dm6446. we want to develop an ambedded sistem with a lot of memory on board, so we want to add 4 nands to the dm6446 device (from ce2 to ce5 with ce2 the nand dedicated for the boot). We this question:
- Can the DM6446 drive nand over 128 MBytes (1 Gbits)? We have selected the MICRON MT29F4G16ABBDA. Is there any other that have used this chip or others chip with 16 bits and this density?
